Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date, guests will receive a full refund.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date, guests will only receive a full refund for any cancelled nights that are re-booked by someone else.
• If we are unable to re-book any cancelled nights, the guest will be charged for those nights.

We strongly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected cancellations or changes to their travel plans.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

Please note that any refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, and may take up to 14 business days to process.

Security Deposit Policy

Guests will be required to make a security deposit of 300 euros before check-in. This deposit will be held to cover any damages that may occur during the stay.

After your booking, we will send you a link to place a hold on your credit card for the amount of the security deposit. Please note that this process should be completed before check-in.

The security deposit will be refunded to the guest in full latest a week after check-out, provided that there is no damage to the apartment. If there are small damages, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the guest. If there are significant damages of which the repair exceeds this amount, the security deposit will not be refunded.

We recommend that guests inspect the apartment upon arrival and report any damages or concerns to us immediately. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as they found it. Any damages or losses caused by the guest or their invitees during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and will be charged against the security deposit.
