Turiquintas - Armação de Pêra

Situated 3 km from Porches in Western Algarve, Turiquintas offers apartments and studios with outdoor pool and children pool. Amenities include tennis courts, billiards and bike rental.

Apartments at Turiquintas hotel are characterized by private balconies and spacious living rooms with fireplace. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a TV broadcasting satellite channels.

Meals can be served outside on the terrace, overlooking the palm-fringed gardens. Guests can also choose take-away options, organise barbecues or order a drink from the bar. There is a supermarket 400 metres away.

The famous Beijinhos Beach is less that 1 km away and Aloendros Beach is a 15-minute walk from the hotel Turiquintas. Free parking is available.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:30 and ends at 11:00.

Guests are required to inform the number of adults and children (and their ages) during the reservation process. This information can be added in the Special Requests box.

Wifi available free of charge in common areas. In accommodation, we only guarantee it by renting a hotspot for €15.00week and depositing €50.00 for the equipment.

Please note that the restaurant and swimming pool are closed from 1st November until 31st March.

- If you need an invoice with VAT, you must place the order informing the invoicing data (name, address
and NIF).
- From 0104 to 3110, cleaning will be done 3 times a week from Monday to Friday (except Holidays).
Towels are changed once a week with a minimum of 4 days of stay and bed linen will be changed.
From 0111 to 3103 cleaning will be carried out twice a week.

A tourist tax applies per day, per person of age 13 years old and above. Exemption may apply with proof.

Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge, according to the following amounts:
From 0110 to 3105: EUR 10.00 per day, per pet.
From 0106 to 3009: EUR 25.00 per day, per pet.

Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 25kg or less.
Any damage or loss to the property caused by the pet will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-out. Damages will be charged to the debitcredit card provided at the time of bookingcheck-incheck-out.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
